  • There’s no need to prepare or bring anything specific to your session. However, you may wish to start your day slowly and mindfully; enjoying your morning beverage, going for a walk in nature, or simply taking some time to centre yourself before your appointment

  • Energy healing works by shifting and clearing stagnant energy, and as a result, you may experience a variety of sensations after a session. Some people feel lighter, clearer, or deeply relaxed, while others may notice emotional releases, clarity, or sometimes nothing at all. There is no right or wrong, simply what comes through for the individual.

    Occasionally, physical symptoms such as digestive or menstrual shifts, changes in sleep patterns, or an unexpected emotional wave may arise; this is simply the body's way of integrating the healing. Every response is valid, and any movement is a sign of energy shifting in the right direction.

    After your session, practice self-compassion and kindness. Healing is a journey, and it’s important to give yourself space to integrate the experience. Drinking plenty of water, nourishing your body with vibrant, healthy foods, and avoiding caffeine or alcohol for a few days can support your natural healing process. Above all, be patient and loving with yourself, allowing the energy to settle and continue its work in your life.

  • The session can be either hands-on or hands-off, depending on your comfort level. A combination of both is often used, but your preference is always honoured. Energy moves regardless of physical touch, and the focus is always on creating a supportive and comfortable space for you.

  • Life can be unpredictable, and things do come up; we completely understand. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so your spot can be offered to someone else.

    Cancellations made on the day of your session may incur a 50% fee. If you're able to reschedule straight away within the next 7 days, no fee will apply. This helps keep the flow of sessions respectful and spacious for all.

  • Each session is unique, and some clients prefer to chat throughout, while others enjoy a more quiet, meditative space. There is no right or wrong way; this is your time, and the session will flow in a way that best supports you.

  • It depends on what you're seeking support with. Some clients feel a significant shift after one session, while others choose to return to work through deeper layers over time. Energy healing is not a quick fix but a process of restoring balance. Whether you attend once, occasionally, or regularly is entirely up to you and what feels right for your journey.

  • Energy isn’t bound by time or space; it moves with intention. In a distance healing session, we’re working with your energy field directly, and just like tuning into a frequency, it can be felt and received wherever you are. In many cases, distance healings can be even more effective, as there’s no distraction or need to 'do' anything; just a quiet, receptive space for the energy to meet you exactly where you’re at.

    While this may sound abstract, studies in quantum physics and consciousness research suggest that intention and connection can have measurable effects, even from afar. Institutions such as the HeartMath Institute and research in the field of biofield science continue to explore and support the idea that the body’s energy systems respond to subtle energetic input; no matter the distance.

  • Reiki is a specific form of energy healing that follows a structured practice with hand positions and symbols. The energy healing offered in these sessions is more intuitive and fluid, drawing on the same universal life force energy but without the framework of Reiki. It adapts to what is needed in the moment, making each session a deeply personal and unique experience.

  • You’re always welcome to book another Signature Healing if that feels right for you. The Connected - Return Healing is available for those who prefer a shorter session without a cacao ceremony, but if the deeper, full-system healing experience of the Whole - Signature Healing is calling to you again, you can absolutely rebook it.

  • There are many different approaches to energy healing, from traditional Reiki to more intuitive practices. If you’re interested in learning more, books or podcasts on energy medicine, quantum healing, and chakra balancing can be a great place to start. Gaia is a great resource too. However, the best way to understand energy healing is to experience it firsthand.
